DPDP Act compliance checklist: the documents to review before May 2027

Kanika Marwaha Bindal is an advocate in Gurugram. She holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Laws from National Law University, Jodhpur, and has been in practice for over eight years, advising clients in India, the UAE, the United States, Canada, Japan and Australia.
