We conduct practical, organisation-focused legal and compliance training programs designed to improve awareness and facilitate better workplace practices.
Several Indian laws require organisations not only to have the right policies in place but to make sure their people understand them. The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 requires employers to constitute an Internal Committee, which must include an external member, and to run awareness programmes. Schools and organisations that work with children have obligations under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 changes how staff must handle personal data.
The practice runs training and awareness sessions for employees, managers and Internal Committee members, serves as the external member on POSH Internal Committees, assists with POSH policies and committee documentation, and conducts POCSO and child safeguarding programmes for schools and institutions.
